Mania’s Arcania is a blog about my obsession with hunter pets in the World of Warcraft. It started as an adjunct to the hunter pet site Petopia, which I edit, but has since expanded to cover all sorts of hunter pet community news, theorycraft, pet design philosophy, game experiences and commentary.

Comment Policy
I do not pre-moderate any comments; I welcome discussion of all kinds, even if you disagree with me (or each other!). However, my goal is to foster a polite and friendly forum for discussion and so I may delete or censor comments that:
- are abusive or contain ad-hominem attacks
- are excessively off-topic
- use excessively foul language
- are blatant spam
In addition, an e-mail address is required for commenting but is not published on the blog or shared with anyone else besides me. I may use your e-mail address to contact you privately, however.
If you leave a comment and find that it isn’t immediately showing up (and you know that it doesn’t violate the rules above), it may have been incorrectly flagged as spam. Drop me an e-mail and I will do my best to sort it out promptly.
Advertising
I run advertising on Mania’s Arcania primarily to offset the loss of income I sustain when I spend too much time blogging and not enough time working.
If you’d like to advertise on Mania’s Arcania, please send me an e-mail with details about what you are looking for. Please note, however, that I do not knowingly accept advertising for goods or services that contravene the World of Warcraft Terms of Use.
(Because of the vagaries of Google’s AdSense program, you may occasionally see an inappropriate ad (i.e. for WoW gold) in an AdSense block. I generally check for these once a day, but if one slips through please feel free to e-mail me and let me know, and I will deal with it immediately.)
