Go to battle.net and login, then on the Account Home -> Manage My Games page look for the link called "Beta profile Settings". (If you click on the picture of my account page above, you can see it just above the fourth game in the top row.) From there, tell them which betas you are interested in (WoW, Starcraft, or Diablo) and your account goes into the hat for the random drawing.
