@Nalain: I believe working with Frost Trap is the main point of that talent - in PvP, hunters will usually have Frost down for the snare effect anyway. For the two CC traps, the extra crit on the shot that breaks the target out of the trap doesn't hurt.

Also, something that has come up on the Blizzard forums is that a number of the "changes" MMO Champion picked up are just fixes for incorrect tooltips rather than actual changes to the underlying spells.

"Point of No Escape now increases the critical strike chance of all of your attacks on targets affected by your Frost Trap, Freezing Trap and Freezing Arrow"

This might be a stupid question, but attacks on CC'ed mobs would break the CC right? So what's the point of this talent?

I'm really happy about the misdirect update. For those that were upset that the auto shots were taking place of your larger shots like explosive shot, this will combine it all into extra threat for the tanks. Very nice.

The explosive trap changes could definitely give hunters a welcome boost to situational aoe. Gundrak snakes could become cannon fodder quick when properly combined with the new MD spell...
