This is extremely late post but I figured I’d put my two cents in because they have the pet renaming scroll, “Certificate of Ownership” yay! in case you guys want to change your minds. For Luminial, I instantly thought of kindled spirits from your story (the spiritual bond between you and your pet). I love French so I investigated and found the translation for Kindled and it was Allumé. FYI I named my rare spirit beast Arcturis, Allumé. Also, I named my rare tan silithid, Happy, because of how happy they look when they hop from side to side. It’s simple and straight to the point. good luck, and if you got a name already, congrats! :D

I believe I was the first one to get the rare white silithid on my server. Names usually just come to me based on the pet, why I got them, how they behave, etc. (My humar for example is CherneyLeb, short for the words meaning ‘black lion’ in russian, my white arash-ethis windserpent was squiggles, my botanica pink firehawk was ‘Hothead’ and my rare spirit wolf skoll I named ‘sparky’)

Naming the silithid was one of the easiest of the bunch! SpazzTick

what with the duel spec coming out decided to make my 2nd spec BM and straight away went and tamed the tan rare one..
Named it Starbug tho do like some of the other :)

I tame one of these playful buggies for my Lady Troll its just adorable. I named mine Dathu, not very creative but since we aren’t allowed spaces in a pets name and I refuse to use squished names I wasn’t able to call it One of Many

Normally I’m not good at naming pets, unless I’ve already a theme in mind. I struggled a little with naming my own pink Silithid, but finally just decided to call it ‘Tantrum’ due to these pets’ unusual idle movements.

While I don’t have ready suggestions for the others, one that did pop up in mind for such a bright yellow one, like Lumi’s, was the name “Glow”.
