Don Carlos: Fashion + Wolf = Win
A neat new item appeared in Patch 2.4.3: Don Carlos’ Famous Hat.
And while this fashionable hat has been proving popular with all sorts of people, it is especially neat if you are one of those lucky few hunters who managed to tame a ghost wolf.
Mugungo, pictured above, says:
With patch 2.4.3 there is a new item that lets you summon a full sized ghost wolf pet, which goes great with the one that we could briefly tame. Attached is a pic of me and my two ghost wolfs. :)

I got the Blue Ghost Wolf a few patches ago and the Shaman Ghost Wolf today from heroic Old Hillsbrad. Don Carlos drops “Don Carlos’ Famous Hat”. So anyways I thought you might enjoy the pictures.
Oh yes, we will most certainly enjoy that excellent shot!
But personally I think my favorite picture so far is Jezpalimu wearing the new Haliscan Jacket and Haliscan Pantaloons, pacing down the dusty streets of Orgrimmar, beer mug in hand.

Speaking of ghost wolves, I found another “tameable” example of the skin…at least, Beast Lore *says* they’re tameable.
The Dire Wolves Thrall summons in the Hyjal Summit raid instance are level 73 beasts with the skin. Beast Lore indicates they can be tamed. Unfortunately, they’re friendly to all players, so I don’t think we’ll be able to figure out a way to tame the buggers even come Wrath. Alas.
@Ansawa: Yes, I saw that too. Thrall and his flippin’ hax. He gets to have ghost wolves and he sets off chain lightning when there’s CC up so that all the priests get eaten by banshees. We’re trying to figure out how to /raidkick him.
Thrall is the biggest noob in raids/groups. Never wait for mana in old hills and ninja pulls several groups. And when the boss drops a horse mount he ninjas it.
Yeah. :c I hate healing that part of OHB. “WAIT FOR YOUR DAMN HEALER, THRALL!” I yell, and then he gets someone else in the party killed because he can’t hold aggro on more than one at a time.
@Arides: We just make him kill the banshees by kiting them up there and feigning death once he engages. >_> <_<
I love the hat. I posted a couple pictures as well, with my giant coyote. :)

o so thats were the spirit thing comes from i saw two at org and thought it was a rare pet thanks for saving me the search to get one lol
I want to get the hat so bad, I have a ghost wolf too and I was thinking of the possibilities as well ^^
Haha, I did this myself on my main. Very fun walking around Orgrimmar like that.
I wish it was still possible to get the ghost wolf, hes so awesome!
I heard it was still possible to tame a ghost wolf at lev 70 somehow is there truth in this if so please comment back on this?
