sorry for the double post, but I believe that Raptors will be the new dps king, in PVE at least. I’m still theorizing what will be best for leveling.

My head is spinning. I want to forget all this stuff until Wrath actually comes out (by which time half of it will have changed, anyway).

But one thing I can’t forget – ravagers to lose gore? And after I’ve raised a ravager from level 10 to level 51? I do hope they don’t implement this in a patch to the existing game. We’re told that every pet will have a focus dump, so what will ravagers get instead?

I am sad about one thing. The DPS days of the Ravager have ended. Cats now reclaim the top spot on the DPS tier which gives me mixed feelings. I have a level 70 Ghost Saber which is my favorite pet but I just spent all that time training my new ravager!

And ofcourse dps pets are gonna do alot more damage on lvl 80.
In Gruul my Dps Cat did 2.6%dmg i did 6.1% dmg more then a third. with these new talents i’m afraid it will be alot more.
+10% pet Cat damage
cobra reflexes+30%atack speed
+9% pet dmg
+30%increase crit strike bonus
+5%pet AP on hit stacks 5 times
call of the wild +5%ap 20 sec
+20%pet damage
+10%pet crit chanse
+20%atack speed
increase atack speed by your pet by 30% after a crit for 8 sec
+100% focus regeneration
+3%dmg after a crit for 10 sec
you have a 60% chanse after a steadyshot arcane shot or kill shot critical strike your pet’s next 3 special atacks are crits
+50%damage for 18 sec
+50 focus after a hunter crit
Charge increase AP by 25% for the next hit.
