Name That Pet: Netipot’s Ravager

Continuing the Name That Pet theme: Adrenis from the blog Draining Souls wrote in to ask for help naming his ravager. He’s been patiently waiting for me to catch up since before the holidays, so I hope you guys can help him out!

I’ve got a ravager that I need a name for on my Orc Hunter. My Hunter’s name is Netipot and he’s level 22. I picked a ravager for his pet because they are difficult for Horde to get, they look awesome (I know I’d run in terror if I saw that coming at me!), and I like that my orc has a companion that came from the Outlands as well.
I’m looking for a name that shows my orc’s affection for his little ravager (which incidentally can chew your leg off). Something macho and serious (but not too serious) would be fine, and something funny and light would be fine as well.
As for Netipot himself, he’s your standard orc in many ways - tough as nails, excellent Hunter and incredibly deadly. But he has a softer side that is most apparent when he is caring for his pet.
So, what does an affectionate but deadly orc call his little ravager? Suggestions, please!

It’s alien and rips up the mobs…
I had one once named Rico.
I got one of the green quilled ravagers from Hellfire a while back, and named it “Scorn” because of how cruel it looked.
As for this skin, I’m not sure. The yellow skin has never been one of my favorites, that being why I tamed a 63 ravager and levelled it instead of grabbing a 70 from the netherwing mines like everyone else.
Still, if you’re going the Outlands and Orcish route, I’d name him “Krunch” or something sufficiently Orcish, because that’s what he looks like he’d do if he caught someone’s leg. :p
I’d call him Nibbles or something similarly adorable, myself, though Crush or Crunch (or Krunch) or Wreckage might be cool too. :)
You could name him:”Gazatdurub”
Meaning Dwarf ruler.
Or:”Duumpburguul”
Meaning doomshadow (could be to long though).
Or my last sugestion:”Gundbuub”
Meaning Stonepig.

Pookie, after Garfield’s stuffed teddy bear. Can’t get much more cutesy than that.
Raviloi is a good name- that’s what i named my green one from bloodmyst isle- if you want something funny. Some of the good fierce/serious names are Blade, Bruiser, Crunch, Fang, and Spike. Since he’s red and yellow, maybe you could give him a heat-based name like Spitfire or Blaze.

My hunters have had several ravagers. I think they’re cute in the way a bulldog is cute. The way they shake their jaws when they’re angry is very funny.
I have one that’s named Bug and had another named Gossamer after the Looney Tunes monster with the tennis shoes.
Another name I’ve thought about is Weeble, cuz “Weebles wobble but they don’t fall down.” It’s an old toy that some of you may remember. You can knock one down but it pops back up.

my ravager is named razmok and another (the now untamable deathravager) named thorkim.
but for a funny name - i have a hunter (rp) who is always saying ‘verflixt!’ when someth. isn’t going right - so her boar startet to react on that word. his name now is flix

Hmm if you had been a girl(which you aren’t apparently=P) Rosie would have been a nice name. Well I’m a girl and I’ve only had one boy pet so all my names might be abit girlish=P Ivory, Zarin(a), Mukla, and Thyge

You press the [N00B] key on your keyboard. LOL
Actually, you press the Print Screen [Print Scrn] key on your keyboard, and if you want them to be all pretty and UI-free, press ALT+Z to hide the UI first. (ALT+Z unhides it as well.)

1. Since I planned to use it for my pet, but never officially have, I still love the name “Widowmaker” for a pet.
